He also sold us two houses. Grant is an assett to Help-u-Sell, and I hope that his employer is aware of this fact. Grant has the gift of helps, and he definitely helped us find a home in October.
He has been willing to ask the seller to correct things in our newest townhouse, so we are pleased about this.
Grant is professional, kind, soft spoken, and has much experience in helping his clients buy a home, which was very difficult this time. It's a sellers' market, so it was difficult to find a home that we could be happy in and make it ours with our furniture , pictures, mirrors, accessories.
