More About Jack Bailey
Jack Bailey has been the Owner and Principal Broker of Help-U-Sell Real Estate of Greensboro since 1989. Jack has been in the real estate industry for over 29 years and he is a former financial advisor with American Express. Jack's passion to help people with their finances and real estate planning led Jack to help create the Buyer Consultation/Real Estate Planning software program that Help-U-Sell corporate has taken nationwide. Jack also coaches other Help-U-Sell offices around the country to help them reach their highest potential. Jack has written and taught a 12-week course on finances using Biblical principles. Born & raised in Greensboro, he went to Western Guilford HS and later graduated from what is now High Point University. Jack's dad was a builder and both of Jack's brothers are area builders. Jack and his family are active in their church, Life Community Church, where he teaches a bible study class. He enjoys spending free time with his wife and business partner, Cheryl, their three children & their families, and extended family & friends. Jack also loves following ACC basketball! More About Cheryl Bailey
Cheryl is the wife of Jack Bailey and co-owner/office manager of Help-U-Sell Greensboro. Cheryl is a Caswell County, North Carolina native and has lived in the Greensboro/High Point area since 1981. A graduate of UNC-Greensboro and Clemson University, Cheryl has been working with alongside Jack in their real estate business since opening the Help-U-Sell franchise in 1989. Jack and Cheryl are both active at their church, Life Community Church, where Jack teaches a bible study class & Cheryl sings in the choir. Most of Cheryl's free time is spent with their kids and extended family & friends. She especially loves visiting them at Liberty University, watching their sports activities, and going on hikes with them. Cheryl's favorite activities include reading, hiking, watching movies, and travelling, especially to somewhere warm!

More About Linda Emory
As a native of Reidsville, Greensboro was always close by and was where Linda Emory eventually found work and made it home. Linda's been a licensed real estate agent and worked in the industry for 10 years before taking a full time job at Choice Community Credit Union as VP of Human Resources & Marketing. Linda joined the team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in 2013 and has been a great asset. Linda's cheerful positive personality is a blessing to those around her. In Linda's spare time, she enjoys Lindy Hop dancing and spending time with her dog, Sampson and her family, especially her grandson.

More About John Hinnant
John joined the Jack Bailey Group in October 2016 as a real estate consultant. His energy, positive personality, and commitment to excellence is a great addition to our staff. John was raised in High Point, NC and loves calling the Triad home. He graduated from Wesleyan Christian Academy and UNC-Greensboro with a degree in business administration. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, playing basketball, watching college sports, and spending quality time with friends and family. John is excited about the opportunity to assist people with one of the largest financial decisions of their life. More About Cathy Ogburn
Cathy joined the Help-U-Sell Greensboro staff as Marketing and Administrative Assistant in 2009. She is a UNC-Chapel graduate and former Grimsley High School math teacher. After taking time off to raise her two sons, Cathy decided to return to the work force with her longtime friends, Jack and Cheryl Bailey. Outside of work, Cathy loves spending time with her husband, her two sons. and their families. Camping, hiking, and reading are some of her favorite activities!

More About Kay Underwood
We welcomed Kay Underwood to Help-U-Sell Greensboro spring of 2014! Kay helps us with day to day administration & marketing and we are glad to have her as part of our team. Kay is married to a Greensboro firefighter, has 2 grown children and now has 2 grandchildren, whom she adores!
