Jack Bailey has been the Owner and Principal Broker of Help-U-Sell Real Estate of Greensboro since 1989. Jack has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and he is a former financial advisor with American Express. Jack's passion to help people with their finances and real estate planning led Jack to help create the Buyer Consultation/Real Estate Planning software program that Help-U-Sell corporate has taken nationwide and Jack has written and taught a 12-week course on finances using Biblical principles. Jack was born and raised in Greensboro and graduated from High Point University. Jack's dad was a builder and both of Jack's brothers are area builders.
Jack and his family are active in their church, Life Community Church, where he teaches a bible study class. Jack enjoys spending free time with his wife and business partner, Cheryl, and their three children who are involved in volleyball, basketball and taekwondo. Cheryl is the wife of Jack Bailey and co-owner/office manager of Help-U-Sell Greensboro. Cheryl is a Caswell County, North Carolina native and has lived in the Greensboro/High Point area since 1981. A graduate of UNC-Greensboro and Clemson University, Cheryl has been working with Jack in their real estate business since opening the Help-U-Sell franchise in 1989.
Cheryl has earned the North Carolina Short Sale Seller certification. Agents who earn the designation are real estate related professionals whose goal is to help homeowners through the short sale process and avoid foreclosure.
Jack and Cheryl are both active at their church, Life Community Church, where Cheryl sings with the choir. Most of Cheryl's free time is spent with her active three children, ages 19, 17 and 12, who are involved in volleyball, basketball and wrestling. Cheryl's favorite activities also include spending time with the rest of her extended family and friends, hiking, biking, kayaking!

Cathy joined the Help-U-Sell Greensboro staff as Marketing and Administrative Assistant in 2009. She is a UNC-Chapel graduate and former Grimsley High School math teacher. After taking time off to raise her two sons, Cathy decided to return to the work force with her longtime friends, Jack and Cheryl Bailey. Outside of work, Cathy loves spending time with her husband, Mark, and sons, Ethan and Weston. Camping, hiking, enjoying Weston's musical talents and watching Ethan pitch for NC State are some of her favorite activities! |
